The program exceeded my expectations, it was so practical and real. Very different to some of the esoteric, concept based courses I have previously attended.

The fact that Marty and Em have "walked the walk" is very evident throughout the course and is also reflected in the excellent content.

Yes, it's great value! I have already used the concepts and resources many times since completing the course, and imagine I will a lot moving forward.

If you're thinking of doing the program I'd say go for it - you really do have nothing to lose. The content covers so many topics, I really think anyone who is a leader would take away a lot from the course!

It was great being able to listen to everyone else in the weekly webinars who were having similar challenges to me.

It's all too easy to focus on your own pain, so it was great to get different perspectives and hear stories and experiences from other leaders.

One of the things that really stuck out to me was just stepping back and trusting people, which tied in really well with the accountability piece.

I am operating much more at the right level and my team is flourishing as a consequence.

For me the most valuable thing about Leadership Beyond the Theory was the weekly webinars.

Having the ability to ask Marty questions about things that were actually going on in my business was fantastic. He gave the cohort solutions to try and implement in real time, which was extremely valuable.
