I was looking for ways to up my game as a leader, to learn and develop my skills so that I could improve my leadership abilities. Having started a new role as a leader of leaders in April 2021, I wanted to make sure that I was focusing on the things that would improve my efficacy in the role and deliver a positive return on investment.

It has been absolutely amazing, I am both inspired and slightly overwhelmed by the amount of things that I could progress from completing Leadership Beyond the Theory. I loved the last lesson on connecting the dots! That will really help me.

This has been the best leadership course I have ever done! The content delivery, LinkedIn group, private podcast access for the lessons and the question structure has just been amazing.

The content is so applicable and clear. It's practical, there are no essays - it's real! I liked the way it was structured; bitesize and beautifully relevant.

I was looking for a clear, applicable and focused leadership development course that would give me useful, real life solutions that I could put into practice straight away, and LBT delivered ten fold!

I didn't expect how much interaction there was in the private LinkedIn group! That was really cool, and has made me feel like I am a part of a community.

There were so many! The key theme, for me, during the course was that there were so many different avenues I could pursue to develop and hone my leadership skills.

The module 'Deliver Value' really made me think about where and how my team and I can best maximise the value we deliver. Although in the past I have been aware of the importance of strategy, the tools, knowledge and guidance in the module has really made me evolve my approach to be more focused.

I can only rate this course - it's structure, delivery, cadence and usefulness is truly awesome! It is absolutely worth the investment of time and money. I recommend anyone who is serious about leadership take Leadership Beyond the Theory!
